Tong Vfang Xien Qi (東方神起 in Hanja/Chinese/Japanese; 동방신기 in Hangul) is a five-member male
chorus group based in Korea by SM Entertainment. In Japan, they are officially known as TOHOSHINKI. Due to differences in romanization of the Hangul
by fans, they are often seen as Dong Bang Shin Ki or Dong Bang Shin Gi. Depending on which romanization is used, they are abbreviated as TVXQ, TVfXQ,
DBSK, DBSG, or THSK. On official material in Korea and Japan they are shortened to TVXQ and THSK respectively. The group itself mostly uses the
"TVfXQ" abbreviation.
TVXQ has debuted in Korea, Japan, and China and is well known as one of the leaders of the Hallyu Korean Wave. They are currently under the SM
Entertainment label in Korea and the avex rhythm zone label in Japan.

I love them, my personal favorite member is Xiah, I dunno why but he has that smooth voice style. Plus he got talent.

I'm hoping this thread becomes popular as I could really spend ages here talking about them! They are my second to Kumi, they're great! I went through
a sad time recently when I listened to Super Junior for the first time and I thought they sounded pretty similar, but TVXQ definitely have something
special about them. Changmin is my love, a toy boy :) But to be honest, I'm not that fussy when it comes to them, I could write a list of what I love
about each of them. Plus I love that they're beginning to write and compose their own music, and its becoming better than the stuff SM and Avex give
them!

I think true fans love them all!
One thing I am not loving at the moment however is Yoochun's hair. Has anyone seen it? Its really bad, and I watched the Dream Concert performance and
he wasn't singing too great either. I hope he's not going through some crisis or something.
Anyway, has anyone heard their new single yet? I'm absolutely in love with it! Even though I was disappointed their summer single would be a ballad,
its not a typical ballad and its pretty great ^-^

Yeah they always seem to lip sync Rising Sun, but I didn't like how Yoochun didn't really make much of an effort with it. Purple Line was the awful
one, I hope he gets better soon, whatevers up with him!
I'm the same, I just love their sound so I can't really say I dislike any song. When I first became a fan I didn't really like their ballads so much,
but now I love them, Begin is one of my favourite songs now!
I think I was disappointed at first because I LOVE Sky and the Summer Dream songs, I just love how their so cheerful and I always feel like its really
summer when I listen to them! But I'm glad I love this song, I can't wait to hear it at a-nation, they MUST do it!!
I read that there was no Summer SM album, as SM are busy with a new spin off band for Super Junior :(

Rising Sun is one of my favourite songs!! I love the upbeat ones, and its just *amazing* I think I prefer Japanese to the Korean though, as opposed to
O where I prefer the Korean!! They just flow better in other languages I think... At the moment I'm obsessed with Free Your Mind, have you heard that?
